Summary: We stay here often with our family. Great for kids. Safe, nice view of the lake. Staycation heaven. Otherwise, not much anything around. Huawei European Village is nearby by inaccessible to non-Huawei persons.

Summary: I was truly impressed by this property. Walk paths in an area with lots of nature and a huge beautiful lake. I got upgraded to a Lake View room in a top floor. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Quick check in and check out. Luxury hotel.

Summary: I recently stayed at your hotel over the weekend and would like to share my experience. Building Size and Age: The hotel buildings are impressively large, though they are showing their age, being over 10 years old. Service During Breakfast: During breakfast, the servers seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, resulting in slower and less attentive service. Room Issues: I booked two rooms, and unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of them didn't function properly. It took a long time to cool the room, which was inconvenient during the summer heat. Outdoor Swimming Pool: The outdoor swimming pool did not meet my cleanliness expectations. Despite these issues, my overall experience during the 2-day stay was good.
